The six universities, North Carolina State University (NCSU/STEED), Rutgers University (RU/I-DSLA), Tel Aviv University (TAU), University of California, San Diego (UCSD/ACCCHI), University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC/MC2), University of Utah (UU/USAI) are addressing the most challenging computational problems of national priority by applying the computer science inherent in the parallel processing algorithms that are required to optimize the performance and scalability of these computer resources for diverse industry applications.
